You can now buy a place in Estero for 2001 prices. This is an incredible place to live and it would be a big mistake to not take advantage of these prices. Luckily there are lots of buyers out there right now and all of the lowest properties generally have 3-4 offers on them. It's about time things turned around. You will not read about it in the newspaper for probably another 6 months.
